Q: What are the difference between a Japanese PSP and a US PSP?
A: A Japanese PSP is of UMD Region 2 where
as an US PSP is of Region 1.
A: Japanese PSP uses a SHARP SCREEN while
the US PSP uses duller screen that's made in China. This issue happened
in the Black Edition.
Q: So this PSP is LOCKED??
A: Sony has confirmed that all GAMES will remain REGION FREE. However
the UMD movies are not. Currently USA is of Region 1, while
Japan and Europe are of Region 2. Please
take note whne you purchase movies in the future.
Q: This PSP speaks only Japanese?
A: Of course not. This PSP supports: English, German, Spanish, French,
Italian, Dutch, Portugese and Russian.
