E-xcessories keeps stocks in various warehouses located in UK, Germany, Hong
Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Our warehouses are strategically located to fulfill
the items promptly and bringing you at the best of cost.
All our
product prices includes the VAT but not the shipping charges which vary
depending upon the delivery option and location. Prices are subjected to change
prior to acceptance of your order. Should there be any change we shall notify
you and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order. Payment for
Products can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Euro Bank Transfer (For Euro
Countries), and Paypal. After your order has passed through our security checks
we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received. All
orders will be dispatched complete with a VAT invoice. Please note we do not
debit your card until the order is dispatched unless the item has been out of
stock for a period of seven days.

Cart system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charge each time
you add or remove items. That’s also why we don’t ask for your personal account
information until after you have created a shopping cart, and you have clicked
on the Check Out button.

Surprises: Our
pricing includes VAT for Europe customers.
Goods based in Germany and UK warehouses are VAT paid. The cost you see is the
cost that you pay. No surprises no hassles unlike other stores where you have to
pay import taxes.
If the
items are sent from overseas outside EU at times, they would be VAT paid or
refund for the VAT would be issues on customer’s giving the VAT receipt to us.
VAT receipts from Fedex / DHL can be emailed or faxed to our customer support.

Backorder
Dates.
For those items on your order that cant ship immediately, well keep you informed
of expected backorder shipping dates so you can plan accordingly. You will
receive periodic emails informing you of the status of backordered items. And
when the items ship, we will automatically notify you by email.

Returns:
Please Note: All goods are returned are at the buyers own risk and we would advise that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. e-xcessories.com will not refund return postage costs in excess of the charge made when the order was originally dispatched.
We will not refund any product which has been "specifically ordered" for you unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received in an order, you must inform e-Xcessories within 48hrs receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time
Should a product ever fail to operate or become faulty simply notify us in writing and return it in its original re-saleable packaging and condition. We will exchange it for new or replace it with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice price at our discretion.
If you have ordered the wrong product, return the product unopened and in its original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion.e-Xcessories charge 15% re-stocking fee (excluding VAT) in the event that a product is returned that is not faulty. Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us via contact us form. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
